Watching this video of Cain trying to answer a question about foreign policy is so damn awkward. It reminded me of the times in school when someone gets called on randomly by the teacher and it’s very clear the student has no idea what the answer is but as long as s/he just keeps talking, eventually an answer of some sort will come out.
